Payment : the following payment terms apply :

1 - Contractual signature more than 30 days before the client’s arrival: 30 % immediately with the balance payable 1 month before the beginning of the rental.
2 - Contractual signature 1 month or less before the client’s arrival: 100 % immediate payment.
